• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Use the service to scrape, disrupt, or manipulate underlying retail platforms in violation of their guidelines.

3. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

• No Retail Affiliation: UnBuy is completely independent. We are not officially endorsed by, affiliated with, or partnered with Amazon.com, Inc., or any other retail platform.
• As-Is Service: UnBuy provides automated tracking timelines and refund auditing based on available webpage layouts. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of merchant timelines or underlying DOM parsing, and we are not financially liable for any returns missed, windows expired, or merchant processing errors. The ultimate responsibility to complete returns and monitor refunds rests with the user.

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

• Free Services: Core tracking and local dashboard capabilities are provided at no charge.
• Premium (UnBuy Elite): Access to advanced cross-device features, including the Mobile Pass wallet and automated Refund Auditor hooks, requires an active subscription. Payments are managed securely via our third-party checkout provider. You may cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard settings.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our premium services at any time, with or without notice, if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
