How do I install UnBuy?
UnBuy is a Chrome extension. When the Chrome Web Store listing is live, use Add to Chrome on unbuyreturns.com (or the store page). Then pin UnBuy from the Chrome toolbar and open the side panel.
How do I sign in?
Open the UnBuy side panel and sign in with Google. We never ask for your Google password.
Which retailers are supported?
UnBuy tracks Amazon purchases, return windows, and refunds. Checkout Guard (Pro) reads return policies on Amazon product and cart pages.
What's Free vs UnBuy Pro?
- Free: return-window tracking, threshold reminders, 1 Mobile Return Pass per month (up to 5 items per pass).
- Pro ($29/year or $3.99/month): unlimited passes (up to 30 items), multi-touch deadline emails, Checkout Guard, and Refund Auditor.
Upgrade and cancel from Settings inside the extension (Stripe Checkout / Customer Portal)—not on this website.
An email link doesn't open UnBuy
Open Chrome, click the UnBuy toolbar icon, and use the side panel. Deep links from email open /open and try to hand off to the extension when it's installed.
How do I delete my account or data?
Sign out or uninstall the extension to stop local collection. To request account / cloud data deletion, email support@unbuyreturns.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
